Supervisor

Full-time

Responsibilities include:
Supporting outlet manager in implementing business plans
Managing of team and shift scheduling
Provide high quality of customer service and managing difficult customer situations
Back-office and administration support in addition to daily operations

At least 3-5 years of experience in F&B preferred

Bartender

Part/Full-time

Responsibilities include:
Basic order taking and service
Preparing and serving cocktails/draught beer
Relationship building with customer
Bar inventory management

Higher Nitec or equivalent and experience preferred.

Service Associate

Part/Full-time

Responsibilities include:
Greeting and serving guests
Provide high quality of customer service
Order taking and serving of food/beverage
Have extensive product knowledge of the menu to
recommend and up-sell products to guests
Report for duty on time and neatly groomed
Follow F&B safety and hygiene rules
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
